SUPER BULLIONAIRE APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS , PRIVACY POLICY AND CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

SUPER BULLIONAIRE APP TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

 1. INTRODUCTION Welcome to the Super Bullionaire App ("App"), a mobile application designed for adults aged 18 and above. By installing and using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

 2. ELIGIBILITY To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement. 

 3. GAMEPLAY The App offers a virtual game environment where players can earn gold coins by touching objects to convert them into gold. The player who converts the maximum number of objects to gold in each level will be ranked highest. In the multiplayer version, top-ranked players will have the opportunity to earn real gold coins. 

 4. VIRTUAL CURRENCY The gold coins earned within the App are virtual currency and have no real-world value. They can only be used within the App for gameplay purposes. 

 5. REAL GOLD COIN REWARDS In the multiplayer version, top-ranked who fills their gold bar that players may be eligible to receive real gold coins as rewards. The distribution and value of these rewards will be determined by the App administrators and may vary. 

 6. SUBSCRIPTION PLAN The App offers a subscription plan priced at ₹499, valid for 6 days. Within 24 hours of each 6-day period, players must fill their progress bar by completing tasks. Failure to do so will result in a fresh start the next day. 

 7. EXTRA LIVES Players can purchase extra lives to continue playing. The cost and availability of extra lives will be determined by the App administrators. 

 8. USER CONDUCT You agree to use the App in a lawful and respectful manner. You must not: - Use the App for any unauthorized or illegal purposes - Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation - Harass or bully other players - Share or distribute any content that is obscene, defamatory, or infringing on intellectual property rights 

 9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY The App, including all content, graphics, and software, is the property of [Your Company Name] and is protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or display any part of the App without prior written permission. 

 10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 

 11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no event shall we be liable for any damages, including but not limited to incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the App. 

 12. GOVERNING LAW These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of india. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration. 

 13. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the App shall be deemed acceptance of any changes.

 17. INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify and hold harmless super bullionaire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the App.

18. TERMINATION We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, and for any reason. 

 19. GOVERNING LANGUAGE The English language version of these Terms and Conditions shall be the governing version, and any translations shall be for convenience only. 

 20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and super bullionaire regarding your use of the App. 

Cancellation and Refund Policy 
Our app, Super Bullionaire, offers in-app purchases and subscriptions for virtual currencies, rewards, and premium gameplay features. Due to the digital nature of these purchases, we have a strict no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

No Refunds
All purchases made through our app are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with gameplay or features
- Technical issues (please contact our support team for assistance)
- Accidental purchases

Changes to Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this cancellation and refund policy at any time, without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or in-app notification.
